New York Taiko Aiko Kai

June 17th practice was a day of reunions and (temporary) goodbyes! We had Akira drop by for a brief visit where he played Tonbane Daiko with Mayur, and we welcomed back our seasonal member, Sophia from Taiko Tides. We said a temporary goodbye to Chris, who is headed to Pennsylvania for work and will be returning in September. Hiro-sensei also dropped by the practice where he worked with us on various pieces.
